Returns within 7 days

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item(s) to let us know that you would like to return them.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be:

• In original condition
• Unworn, with the tags still attached
• Unwashed
• Free of any damage
• Free of make-up, lipstick and the smell of perfume

Items that are not in this condition will not be accepted.

Sale items & exchanges

• Outfits on sale and promotional items may not be eligible for return or refund. There are no returns or refunds on sale items.
• We offer exchanges for the same amount in a different design, size or colour.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is defective or we made a mistake, we take full responsibility and cover the return shipping cost.

Please send us the courier tracking number so we can track your parcel. Alternatively, you are welcome to return your products to us personally at the address above.

Refunds

Once your item(s) have been received and approved for a refund, it may take 7–10 working days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method selected at checkout.
